A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH), Mark Wilkinson is the founder of Hillmont Associates Ltd.
As an HSE Manager Mark started his career working on the construction of the London Olympic Stadium for the 2012 Olympic Games. He then moved to London Heathrow Airport becoming HSE Manager for the UK’s busiest airport and their entire commercial construction portfolio, ensuring projects were delivered safely and on time. He then moved forward to become Head of HSE at a division of Berkeley Homes, with overall HSE responsibility on a 90-acre, £1 billion project with thousands of staff and contractors on site every year.
Mark holds an NVQ7 Masters in ‘Strategic Management and Leadership’ (MPhil). He has developed a wide range of commercial and residential leadership experience and plans to study a PhD in ‘Directional Leadership’. Mark’s specialities are creating the right mindset for safety, coaching executives to high performance, HSE & PM services in Airports, Construction, Events & Energy.
As a professional in the industry Mark is also available to speak on HSE, Wellbeing or Mental Health at events, forums or directly into businesses.
